We are available remotely from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. You can call us, send an email or contact us through a messaging app.

Registration for TELC exams and courses takes place online. You do not need to visit the office to submit your registration or pay.

📍 In-person exam

All parts of the TELC exam take place in person at our examination centre at ul. Mokotowska 4/6 in Warsaw.

Arriving for your exam

Registered candidates do not need to arrange a separate appointment. Please arrive at the time stated in the organisational email sent before the exam.

All parts of the TELC exam take place at the same address.

Visiting the office

Our customer service team works remotely and does not provide regular walk-in service at the office. If you need an in-person meeting, contact us in advance to arrange and confirm your appointment.

Please do not visit the office without a confirmed appointment. This does not apply to candidates attending a registered exam in accordance with the organisational email they have received.
